The Call Center that Values its People

Nine months ago I was an HR Staff, unitl October 2010 when I was promoted as the HR Compliance Coordinator of PanAsiatic Call Centers Inc. I have never been promoted before in my entire life!!!

I consider this to be a once in a lifetime opportunity knowing that finally my skills and work ethics were being recognized. That is why I am looking forward to more years with PanAsiatic Call Centers Inc.

I was living the American Dream for about a decade. Then I heard of this booming industry called BPO back in the Philippines. So, I packed my bags, kissed Uncle Sam goodbye, returned home, and joined that promising industry. PanAsiatic opened a lot of opportunities for me which I would not have acquired if I chose to stay with my previous company where I was an agent for almost 3 years. I have never seen a center who values its agent's tenure and security. Starting out as an agent, with the correct mind-set and work ethics, I was promoted the first time to supervisor and then later to Shift Manager; they really prioritize the growth of their employees. I am really glad I made the choice of choosing Panasiatic as my company.
